Main Feast Piece

Prime Rib with Garlic-Herb Crust and Red Wine Jus

A magnificent garlic and herb-crusted prime rib roasted to a rosy medium-rare, carved tableside with roasted root vegetables and a rich red wine jus, all dairy-free.

Sweet Confection

Dark Chocolate Olive Oil Cake with Orange

A moist, pareve dark chocolate olive oil cake brightened with orange zest and dusted with cocoa, the perfect midnight ending to a meat meal.

Accompanying Sides

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic and Crispy Shallots

Brussels sprouts seared until crisp and caramelized, glossed with balsamic and crowned with frizzled shallots, completely dairy-free, so the prime rib stays perfectly kosher-style.
